Sales Manager / Backup Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.


• Oversee daily showroom operations, sales activities, and lead follow-up.


• Structure and desk vehicle deals that maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.


• Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure financing.


• Serve as the backup Finance Manager as needed.


• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender guidelines, and industry regulations.


• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of automotive dealership experience


• Experience in automotive sales, finance, or dealership leadership preferred


• Strong experience structuring and desking automotive deals


• Knowledge of automotive lenders and underwriting guidelines


• Experience with RouteOne and CUDL preferred


• Familiarity with vAuto, VinSolutions, and Dealertrack is a plus


• Vehicle appraisal and bidding experience is a plus


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Valid driver's license
